Progeny Summer School
The Progeny Summer School programme is designed to give an insight into working within a professional service setting, showcasing the unique way we do things here at Progeny. The 5-day program allows you to rotate through the various departments to give you a real flavour of what it is all about.
Over the course of the 5 days, you will learn about a range of professional services careers, including Financial Planning, Investment Management, Law & Tax, Mortgages and what's involved in providing these services to clients. You will gain insight into the supporting business areas that help provide, protect, and promote the professional services we offer, including Operations, Compliance, Change & Project Management, IT, Talent, Marketing, and more.
To finish off the week we will offer sessions to help prepare you for the world of work, including CV writing and interview skills workshops.
Requirements
The programme is for individuals aged 16 to 18 who are interested in learning more about Professional Services.
